Storytime

Once upon a time there was a little angel who lived in heaven. With its beautiful colours and lovely music she knew she belonged there and was happy.

One day it seemed to her that she has seen all there was to see and heard all there was to hear in heaven. So, she looked out beyond the golden clouds. There, in the distance, she saw earth and she was filled with a great longing to go there.

She said to the big angel: "Please, may I go to earth?" The big angel looked a her and said: "No, it is still too soon, you must wait a little while yet." So the little angel waited and was happy.

I will keep your wings up here, until you are ready to return. I shall be watching over you."

The little angel handed over her wings and said goodbye. She went to dreamland. While ten moons waxed and waned she rocked in a little boat. At the end of that time a beautiful rainbow streched from heaven to earth and with the sound of angels singing the child came to earth as a tiny baby.

Her parents hugged and loved her very much and gave her her first gift: The name....
